Shipping Coverage We ship pan-India to all serviceable locations across the country.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timeline Once shipped, delivery timelines are managed by our courier partner Delhivery. Typical delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Other locations: 5-7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Partner We partner with Delhivery for reliable and timely deliveries across India.

Unserviceable Areas In rare cases where Delhivery cannot provide doorstep delivery to your location, you may be required to pick up your order from the nearest Delhivery service center. We will notify you in advance if this applies to your area. Alternatively, we will arrange delivery through a different courier partner to ensure doorstep delivery wherever possible.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.
